Our groundbreaking work in Tamper-Evident and Tamper-Resistant package design for retail and institutional plastic food containers has positioned King Plastics as a leader in the fiercely competitive industry. This pioneering spirit, combined with a commitment to progressive quality in the decoration of plastic food packaging, places us among a select group of firms in the United States dedicated to delivering consistent, top-quality products and exceptional service to the food processing industry.
Our groundbreaking work in Tamper-Evident and Tamper-Resistant package design for retail and institutional plastic food containers has positioned King Plastics as a leader in the fiercely competitive industry. In 1973, we relocated to our current facility in Orange, California, featuring a 100,000 square-foot manufacturing plant with an in-house machine shop capable of building and repairing molds. Equipped with modern machinery and staffed by skilled craftsmen, our machine shop is complemented by an in-house graphic design department with the expertise needed to achieve distinctive product packaging.
In 1973, we relocated to our current facility in Orange, California, featuring a 100,000 square-foot manufacturing plant with an in-house machine shop capable of building and repairing molds. Our diverse product line comprises over 30 proprietary containers (with closures) ranging in sizes from 6 fl. Oz. to 110 fl. Oz. Printing capabilities include up to 8 individual ink colors, and we can apply pre-printed adhesive labels to containers and lids. Operating with 180 Ton to 820 Ton injection molding machines, state-of-the-art lid and sidewall printing presses, and adhering to rigorous hygiene standards, we prioritize quality control and cleanliness. Boasting a resin storage capacity exceeding 1,000,000 pounds and extensive experience in high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, and polypropylene, King Plastics can meet nearly any food packaging requirement. All our products meet or exceed FDA regulations for plastic food packaging and recyclability.
